Tetu Coffee mystery continues

The Coffee Board of Kenya says it has licensed Tetu Coffee as a marketing agent (Read here) while Co-operatives Minister Ndwiga says he will never license Tetu (Read here)

Who’s lying, and who will issue a denial later today? And maybe in 2005, coffee farmers can reach out and deal with the $3/cup customer at Starbucks, cutting out the layers of middlemen.
