interesting. It sounds like what the colombian government has done with it’s coffee.

it’s opened up these coffee cafe’s in certain cities in america that sell coffee grown exclusively by colombian farmers. the coffee shops are called juan valdez.

If this works in kenya, they should think of expanding to america. tea drinking in america is becoming a health affair and tea shops that cater to this upwardly mobile niche crowding are making quite a bit of money here!

69//: Someting leafy, slighly catchy, maybe Kericho

kiplagat: I think they will leave the management alone to come up with the concept and run place (hopefully)

kenyanentrepreneur: nice comparison, bt let them not throw in a Moran to serve coffee

    Unyc & Shiroh: agreed

KTDA’s is a good idea, although I expected it Sasini to pursue the idea first. Getting to a crowded Java or Dormans in town just gets you thinking why did they wait so long – for the foreigners to show the way?
