What we really need to rank banks is how they treat their customers. Is there a customer service rating for banks out there, i am curious, because for every big shot bank i have visited and transacted with, i am treated as though i am bother, from Standard chartered to Barclays. At what point will the people who work at these banks realize customer service is really what brings and retains customers. It is not how many branches you have in the country or the latest building you have built to be your HQ.
Bank CEO’s you need to step up and up your game, your branch staff is really killing your business.

If anyone knows of a survey or poll on customer service for banks, please share it.

Think Business Magazine Banking Survey 2011 ranks in customer satisfaction: Bank of Africa, ABC Bank and First Community Bank as the best bank. last year best bank was Paramount Bank.

I am a banker and I was treated the same at Co-op and KCB just last Friday, luckily i have enough contacts in the banking world.

As a risk manager, the biggest threat to bank earning is skill gap on customer service.
